초록

FRBR은 개체-관계형 모델을 기반으로한 서지 정보의 새로운 개념 모델로 향후 개정될 AACR 3의 기본 개념으로 자리잡고 있다. OCLC를 비롯한 서지 유틸리티 기관과 상용 편목 시스템 벤더들은 기구축MARC 데이터베이스를 자동적으로 FRBRize하기 위한저록을 브라우징하기 위한 인터페이스 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 그에 비하여 국내에서 진행되고있는 FRBR 연구는 개념 모형의 고찰 수준에만 머물고 있을 뿐이어서, 세계적 흐름을 주목하고 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 다각도의 노력이 요구되는 상황이다. 본 연구는 FRBR의 선진 응용 사례를 심층 분석하고 국내 기구축된 KORMARC 데이터베이스에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

FRBR, as is new conceptual model of bibliography based on entit y-relation model, direct to revisionthat cluster relative bibliographic recordsautomatically, which were derived from one original work, and w eb-based prototype for FRBR browsing.onsideration of FRBR model. This studyfocused on analyzing FRBR algorithm and application of KORMARC database.
